    • Welcome to Morning Star Baptist Church!

Thank you for visiting our ministry website!  Feel free to browse the site, share your thoughts, or leave a prayer request.

Life is often compared to a long road or journey.  It is a wonderful blessing yet it can often be confusing to all of us.  There are so many signposts along the way that point us in various directions, each promising to be the answer but ultimately leaving us more lost than we were before.  As a church, we believe that the meaning and direction that we need in our lives comes from Jesus Christ and Him alone.

The Bible teaches that there are many blessings that come from pursuing fellowship with likeminded believers in Jesus Christ.  When we encounter things that challenge us in life, we find strength and encouragement in the sharing of our faith with others.  What a blessing to experience the joy of Jesus Christ through the common bond of the love we share in Him.

If you are searching for a church home or a church to visit, it is my sincere prayer that you will consider visiting Morning Star Baptist Church. You will discover a community of loving believers committed to growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ and who are willing to support and encourage you on your own spiritual journey.

If you have any questions or would like more information about our ministry, please feel free to call us at (330) 733-1022.  We look forward to seeing you!

      Sincerely,

      Rev. C. P. Carter

"Always Abounding in the Work of the Lord"

      1 Corinthians 15:58 (KJV)

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

    • Verse of the Day

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
